The conversion called for up-grade to the ground floor bathroom and new 'country-style' kitchen.

The first floor consisted of one room, 40 ft x 20 ft. A new shower room and bedroom was formed by constructing a partition wall to truss height and installing four antique, solid Georgian doors off the lobby.
